I am working on a part that needs to be split into two halves along it's radius length wise, but follow the angle and contour of it's internal cavity.  I have tried putting split lines on it that would follow both these paths on it's corresponding sides, but the split feature just seems to make my part disappear completely.  Does anyone have any advice on how to attack this obstacle?
