I need to take a spline (basically a sin wave) and "wrap" it around a tube, then use that projection to cut the tube.  The resulting part would have the bottom as a 360 "wave" with four "legs" supporting the piece.  I've been looking at this for hours and hours, any help would be greatly appreciated by this relatively new SolidWorks user!
