hello all,

i need help on drawing a spiral staircase. I have drawn a helix to get the spiral and used a sketch pattern to pattern the treads, but the treads " cross " over each other. how do you stop this? I have done it before, but for the life of me cant remember how I did it! if there is a better way of doing this let me know!
