Hey All,

I was just wondering if there is a way to speed up the performance of our toolbox.

When I drag and drop a bolt for example, it takes like 10 sec. for it to appear. Then it takes another

10 seconds for solidworks to create the bolt from the selections. Then like another 10 sec. after I click OK.

It takes us like 45 seconds to create a single bolt on a network setup toolbox. I wish it was as fast as on a single computer setup.

Does anyone have any tips on how to reduce these wait times.

We are using a Multiple User Environment, and solidworks shows us that the toolbox IS Properly installed with

the whole green background. Is this it? Its in the hands of the IT?

I also noticed, that when you drag and drop like 20 items into an assembly from the toolbox interface, memory usage skyrockets. But when

I close solidworks and reopen the same assy with the toolbox items already saved, the assembly is tiny. The Page File goes from like 3.0GB to like 500Mb on reopen. Is this normal?
