Is there a way to specify only one level "deep" in an indented bom?

In my BOM, I'd like to show only the subassemblies in the BOM - not of what the subassemblies consist. For example, the assembly is made up of:

XXX. sldasm

   with XXX.sldasm as its parent.

I'm not sure how to specify the levels of depth, without creating the indented assy and deleting a lot of the lines in it.
