When trying to launch the Simulation add-in, the following error occurs:

G8B: Image Idices are not proper...Plz Check the order in enums and the images

I can no longer click on anything within the program and have to use the task manager to exit the program.

I just installed the SP 2.0 update this morning so I am wondering if this has something to do with the error.
