Since our upgrade to SWX 2015 SP3, I've found a few files that appear to refuse to open on my machine. They all open fine on a coworker, just not for me. I always get the error: "An error was encountered while opening your file.Contact Customer Service for a possible solution." No one else gets the error message neither. Has anyone else encountered this problem or know how to fix it?
