I have been a SW user for more than 10 years, I have been with the PDM for over a year.

I have not gotten it to be functional, it is blocked with frequency, it does not update the metadata in the drawings, if you work outside you need a perfect connection, etc....

None of this happens to me with PDM workgroup, well , somebody you know  simple software that works just like workgroup?
