I haven't opened SW in a few weeks, now when I go to open it I get a couple flashes on the screen then nothing. After a reboot of my system, I finally got the Hotfix 4.12  message. When I click to update I get 3Dlauncher not installed (but of coarse it is). Now I'm going round and round trying to figure this out . I log in but can not find anything on the 3DExperience website about any Hotfix, the only thing I get from the web is click on the compass scroll down to the SW design and click on the Orange dot... well their is no dot. When I click on the SWdesign icon I get nothing.  Any help would be very appreciated.
