I have recently installed SolidWorks 2012 on my computer running Windows 8 64 bit. Before I had SW 2010 and it was running perfectly fine.

Now it turns out that when I click on the icon, the 3D models on the startup screen turn up but when it's time for the window to show, it doesn't.

The icon is lighted on the tray but there is no SW window where I can work on. When I leave my mouse floating on top of the highlighted icon on the tray

it shows me the mini-window of SW but nothing happens. Anyone know what the problem could be?
