Summary: eDrawings viewer, and solidworks viewer are not displaying some drawings correctly

Problem Description:

       Our quality control admin assistant is converting solidworks drawings into a .PDF. She does this for the manufacturer so they can built the parts for out company. When the drawing is viewed in Solidworks it looks fine. But when viewed with solidworks viewer or eDrawings viewer things move on the drawings. Please see the attached screen shot.
