I'm having an issue where coordinate systems and origin do not show up unless I hover over them. I have made sure to have the origin and coordinate systems showing in the view-hide show settings as well as the heads up hide show settings and unhidden in the part tree. They only appear if I hover over the geometry with my mouse. Is there some global setting to click to show them all the time? 

I did confirm they are shown in the template settings as well.
