SOLIDWORKS Unable to connect to 3DEXPERIENCE

 

Hey, about a week ago, I purchased a one-year subscription to SOLIDWORKS, but I keep getting a connection error every time I launch it. It's not normal that I'm paying for something I can't access. I already tried the suggested solution of deleting the %temp% folders, but it didn't help. I also contacted support, but I haven't received a response. What else can I do?
