If you perform a Topology study, than you can export your result as an mesh body. But wit this you can't really keep working properly.

Just look at the "Advanced Export" options, if you select "Solid Body" or "Surface Body" you will get additional options.

For a test select "Solid Body" and activate both options

The result will be like this.
As you can see, you are able to select complete faces, but if you look more closely, you will see that the body is a as selected a mesh body.

With this mesh body you can't keep working, apart from Boolean operations, like add / subtract another mesh bodies.

If you leave the two options unchecked and you just export it as "Solid Body" every face will be deviated into lots of triangles

Here you can work with functions like, "Surface From Mesh" to recognize surfaces
