Install:

• SolidWorks 2015
• EPDM 2015
• Toolbox installed in EPDM Correctly
• I'm the Admin & have the toolbox checked out

Install has been working flawlessly for years.  I was asked by my boss to add some special holes.  I have done this many times with no issues.  Ive copied the standard, changed the numbers in question, but when i go save it, it acts like it save it, even checks it in.  when i access it in SolidWorks or even if i go back into the toolbox configurer, all my changes have reverted to the previous numbers.

Ive tried this on 2 different machines to no improvement.
