Who is the world's best at SolidWorks System Configuration.

This configuration must conform to ASTM, AWS

It will entail 

1. System config to be saved to each machine can load it.
2. Create Drawing templates D, C, B, A that conform to ASTM, AWS
   that can be maintained in template manager in Draftsight.
   The templates with also have PDM, Manage and BOM interrelated
   to track all changes
     Note: Why does SW have a template manager for electrical side only?
   Hence, we had to purchase draftsight if we want to manage
3. Config PDM and Manage to work over a WAN VPN

Since there are not official books to purchase, and we don't have twenty years 

to figure it out. i.e., this effect this or that effect that and this.
