Started a few months ago while we were on SW2022. 
Never had an issue before this. 

Opening any File is painfully slow.
Its the same for ALL files, doesn't matter the Size or complexity. 
Tried both Local and Network files, same issue. 

We recently upgraded to 2025 and the same problem persists. 

When opening the file the "Swirl" cursor will start spinning. 
a single click sends SW into panic mode like it wants to Crash. 

I tried Performance Evaluation. no info provided besides "42 sec open time"

Also, occasionally get a slow/loading when opening up sheet properties on a drawing. 

Any help is appreciated.
