I have been trying hours to install Solidworks student edition 2014

OS (64-bit) :Windows 7 Service Pack 1 ,

Solidworks  2014 (for 64-bit) is downloaded and being installed, but this stalls at 37% (Microsoft C++ 2005 redistributable)

tried turning off the UAC, fails again.
