I'm having a problem withthe solidworks resource panel not loading, meaning all the resources are blank. This first happened with 2013 sp 4.0 and now with 2014 sp 1 on the same machine.

Dell xps 8500 3.4 16gb ram, win7 pro . I have no idea how to fix it. If come up with some errors when starting the systems. This is on a stand alone system with my own license of Solidworks.

Any help would be appreciated.
