Hello all,

Running into an issue where our task host generation machine seems to be creating duplicates.

We have correctly set the File Type properties to not allow for duplicates under certain extension types but they still seem to be populating.

Also, we noticed that all the duplicated files are checked out by the task host generation machine.. which was done automatically and not intentionally.

Not sure why this behavior is occurring, any ideas?
