I think i'm missing something that should be pretty simple but with API i want to access creating a new ECO which is done by right clicking in an empty space in a vault folder and under new and selecting engineering change. I have been looking thorough all the available commands and i cant seem to find one that lets me do this.

Some backround. what i am doing is creating an add-in in solidworks for making revisions. Which i want to trigger creating a new Engineering Change in PDM.
