Hello Guys,

Our company is planning to use SW PDM software to manage all data exchange and update with access control.

There has very limited CAD date needed to be uploaded into vault but huge quanitities of PDF,DOC,XLSX and PPT data.

I need:

Standalone edition without solidworks installed

Access control

Check in/out non-CAD data

The big cocern is I want to know if it is possible to buy one set of  PDM standalone edition softwere (with license) for all the functions above? Around 30 users in total.

I am not sure if this would work without any solidworks itself. Just want to use this PDM as the "non-CAD" data management software.
