Hello Everyone,

Does anybody seen this error while working on PDM this message pop up suddenly Could not open database 'Company Vault'!  

1.The error occurs daily for all users, even during basic activities like saving an Excel file on their desktops. 2. When the error appears, users are forced to click 'OK' repeatedly (about 200 times or more) to dismiss the message. 3. The error message appears even after terminating the SAP session, suggesting that it’s not limited to PDM but affects other system processes as well. 4. The issue sometimes freezes the entire operating system, leading to major disruptions in workflow.

If anyone knows the root cause kindly suggest solution.
