The file association checkbox ("Always use the selected program to open this type of file") in Windows where I would choose the file association is greyed out, so I cannot select "Notepad" or any other program to associate with .txt files.  So far, this problem (as minor as it is) is only with .txt files and affects nothing else.

Did SolidWorks do something that associates itself to text files?
