Hi, I've recently got a new work laptop which has Windows 11. I've installed Solidworks 2020 SP03 and later Solidworks 2024 SP05. In both cases, when i press "open" button in upper left corner while opening file, it can take up to a minute to open a windows explorer. Using the windows explorer is fast, once it opens a pop up window it goes from folder to folder ok. Same thing happens with "browse button" when using assembly. Initial opening of the windows explorer takes a lot of time but after that it is alright.
Cold start is a complete nightmare, hot start can sometimes be faster and then it takes around 15 seconds but still that is way too long. Is there any solution to this problem? Everything else in Solidworks is working properly except this.
System: windows 11, version 24H2, updated to version 25H2 but no change.
CPU: AMD ryzen 7 7435HS
GPU: RTX 4060
RAM: 16gb
