I know this sounds odd, but I need SolidWorks to use more of my CPU. When it's trying to do something, the solidworks.exe is pegged at 50% and the System Idle process is at 50%. There is nothing else running the background. I feel like SolidWorks should be using more than 50% CPU when it's trying to do something. It's only a single core processor (P4).
Also, possible related, SolidWorks randomly crashes, when I say crash, I mean it. It will completely shut down almost instantly. No warnings, no lockup, nothing. When I start it back up, I don't have any document recovery options. It's as if SolidWorks doesn't realize that it just crashed.
Thank you,
Peter
