Hi, I use Solidworks connected/design. I would like to preface that before using SWC, I was using SW Student Edition through my school, but purchased SWC after I graduated.

Before the update, I had both versions of SW were installed on my computer with zero issues. Since the update, my SWC as completely broken, I cant load up SWC at all. Originally I was getting an error code 1683. I went through all my program files and app data folders and deleted all traces of SW or Dassault Systemes. Completely uninstalled both versions of SW and any trace of 3DS Experience. However with trying to delete all files related to SW, it says I cant delete a few of them because they are in use, even tho I have ended any task related to SW through task manager.

Eventually I could load it up but it would immediately crash upon loading up the open file or new file box.

After doing all that stuff again and everything. Now I get an error code 12. 

I've ran SW rx and it says it cant find files it needs to load.

Not sure what else I can do and if anyone can help in anyway, that would be great.
