I've been getting a countdown until I have to get a hotfix. I've tried repeatedly to click update, then a pop-up shows up that lasts about 1-2 seconds and closes. I'm not sure how to update it. I assumed I had to check the 3DExperience website, but I'm not sure what tabs or buttons to click to get there. While I've had good experience with SolidWorks before, this SolidWorks Connected and Makers thing is fairly confusing. 

While I'm not sure how this is relevant, but just in case, this is for hotfix 3.10 at the time of writing this.
