Ok everybody I have Vista 64 and SW SP4.1 and we are constantly having issues where we hit the X to close solidworks, and it looks like it closes but its still running in the background.  I can even go in and manually kill the SW process but I am still using a SW license.  I have to restart my computer to clear the license.  SW has to still be running because when I go to launch SW again it gives me the Journal file error popup.  Anybody experiecing this or something similar?  I would love to hear what is causing this.
