Solidworks no longer runs

I am trying to start Solidworks after not using it for a month and when I launch the 3D Experience webpage I am directed to an update popup window that requires Platform on the Cloud.  I currently have a local install and not using cloud.

In checking Readiness for 3DEXPERIENCE® platform on the cloud, my machine is not Cloud Ready due to Hardware non-compliancy with Dassault Systems prerequisites  (running on an ASUS laptop with Windows 11 Home) 

 

Now when I log into my 3D Experience the Solidworks Connected App show the "Install" button instead of the "Open" button. What is going on ??
