How do we enable SOLIDWORKS MBD to test it?  I followed the install steps for MBD and Inspection.  Inspection seems to be working fine.  The What's New file says that MBD has it's own Command Manager within SW, but I don't see a tab for it.  I also don't see it in the list of add ins.
