I have been using Solid works Maker(SWM)  for a few years making parts for my model airplanes and boats.  However, this year I have not used it it awhile.  So, when I went to open SWM it says I need to UPGRADE.  However, when I tried to upgrade a message appears stating that it has found an incomplete version already installed.  I don't know what this means since I had been using and designing parts OK up to now.  I can't load or upgrade.  The system keeps sending the same message and I cannot do anything with it.  Furthermore, I don't know what I am doing wrong.  Where can I go or who can I speak to that can help me move forward so I can get back to designing parts.  Thank you.
