Getting the error:

License not granted.

The requested license is missing or expired on your tenant. (License Error 20). Contact your adminuistrator.

I cannot get into the portal to even look into seeing if Solidworks has an update despite using the correct login information, it gives me the "You dont have access to this 3DEXPERIENCE Platform:" message. It says "You're currently logged in as "xplosiveaction" but how is that possible if I cant even get into the portal? Ive always had a hard time finding a direct link TO the portal so maybe I am logged in somehow and can't get into the portal? I've had nothing but upset with the UI of this website.
