We use solidworks on occasional moments. We have three standalone licenses of Solidworks (2018 versions)
Last time using one gave me an error.
And solidworks would not start. And also could not activate or deactivate license. This was a PC which had a processorupgrade. Old processor is gone so building back is not an option.
I tried another pc with one of the other versions and that Solidworks started normal and is working. When I looked at show license it also gave me the error but it showed the license and is still working.
It still gave me a bitt of a heart attack because we occasionaly need the Solidworks installation for older content of our company.
Previously I could go to the custommer portal and view my products but I believe something hase changed there somewhere in the past years because I cannot view my products anymore. You are redirected to My producs but the rights seem to have changed and I cannot login with the e-mail I used to.
Is there any way that without subscription you can view your products and reactivate licenses?
