We are using Solidworks in our school but we where having some trouble with out servers so today we tried migrating servers across to new kit.

I was aware that I needed to transfer the Solidworks License across to get it to work on the new server but when I attempted this it came back with an error. Now both my old server and my new server say they don't have a license key. The problem is when I go to install the key its greyed out and states that its still in use. I can't now transfer it or deactivate it because neither of the servers have they key installed now.

I've sent an email to Solidworks (Waiting for a response) but I could do with getting this working again today as its holding back the server migrations.
