The flyout feature tree all of a sudden is not docked on the left side, and I cannot scroll the flyout tree as well!  The triad indicator lost the axes lines.   See below in the screenshot.  Any ideas how to fix/reset all this?

Maybe it has something to do with dual monitor or such?
