SolidWorks Installation Problem

Hi. I need to install SolidWorks Professional on a standalone Windows 10 laptop PC. Connection of this laptop to the Internet will largely be limited to initial software download/installation and updates.

After creating a SolidWorks account using the license serial number received from our vendor, attempts to log into that account from this laptop result in the following message, "Access Manager. Applications Group. The Applications tab contains all of the applications the system administrator has made available for you to use. Currently, the administrator has not made any applications available for you to use. Contact your system administrator to request access to applications."

Our System Administrator doesn't recognize this message as anything associated with Windows 10. He doesn't know how to respond. I can successfully log into my SolidWorks account on other devices (e.g. my iPhone), but not via the laptop onto which I need to install SolidWorks. Any suggestions regarding what I need to do to get past this "Access Manager" obstacle would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!  - guy
