Greetings!

I am trying to upgrade from 2015 to 2016 SP 0.1.  When the install process reaches "Installation Options" the "Next" button does absolutely nothing.  It doesn't matter what options have been selected.  "Back" and "Cancel" work just fine.  It is as if the "Next" button is not linked to any code action.
