I’m currently working on a drawing that includes multiple drilling dimensions and hole callouts, but SOLIDWORKS Inspection isn’t recognizing or extracting the drilling information automatically during ballooning, but if done manual extraction then it picks it up as note

Also, for hole Callouts subtype is not available in excel it writes n/a and in upper and lower limit also, so in conditional formatting the correct value is also shown as red, 
Also, It is not picking up chamfers it is considering it as lengths even though Degree symbol is there 

Has anyone faced a similar issue or found a reliable workaround for this?
Would really appreciate any insights or best practices on how to get Inspection to pick up drill or hole information correctly.
