Hello,

I am an IT technician and have no knowledge of using SolidWorks but I have seen the following problem. On some machines when a user launched SolidWorks 2013 and opens a new part and then select Front Pland they have loads of question marks on it please see screenshot below. Is this normal? It only occurs on some of the machines intermittently. Is there anything I can do to prevent this from reoccuring?
