I'm in desperate need of support from a human representative to discuss issues I'm trying to sort through in the Solidworks for Startups support program. I've had no luck trying to discuss any of the issues I'm having with VAR representatives, nor have I been able to get in touch with actual Dassalt representatives to correct some errors with my application that seem to have triggered an algorithm blocking me from consideration.
