SolidWorks Explorer on Surface

I'm having an issue that I can't seem to get any response from out VAR on.  We currently have 3 Microsoft Surfaces (Pro 1, 2, and 3) and a couple seats of workgroup PDM contributor.  We just recently updated our SolidWorks from 2014 to 2015 and are only seeing this issue now.  The problem we are having is that we can access our Workgroup vault on the machines through SW explorer and browse to any assembly/drawing/part but when we click on the "VIEW" tab it will encounter an error and close SW explorer.  I have installed then un-installed and re-installed SW Explorer on 2 different surfaces (pro 2 and 3) with this issue.  Today i installed SW explorer on a surface that didn't have any instance of 2014 or any other SW installs on it and am seeing the problem.  I've also gone into the properties and changed the SW explorer to run in Windows 7 compatibility mode with no success.  We are able to open up eDrawings on them and open an assembly/drawing/part just fine it's just inside SW explorer and trying to get to the view tab we're having issues.  I'm not sure if it's an issue with the Intel HD graphics 4000 chip or what could be causing this.  The only thing I've been able to get out of out VAR is to try to start the install all over again which is something I tried even before calling them.  Has anyone out there ever ran across this issue or have an idea of how to fix it?

Thank you

Cory
