I'm having an issue while connecting to the collaborative server from the client side.

I have all necessary ports open (1433, 26666-26672) but still I get an error message stating "Unable to start collaborative server".

I've verified from server side that collaborative service is running and SQL services are running.

Does anyone know any solutions to this issue?

I've also noticed that while inputting false information in the host id I get a different error message stating "Unable to connect to collaborative server". (Obviously, since there is nothing there)

It seems I'm able to establish a connection but its unable to start? Could it be something regarding permissions?
