I have one user who is having issues after an upgrade from EPDM 2012 to 2013. Solidworks no longer recognizes that the EPDM program is installed. He can log in and enter the vault, access files and save files etc... But EPDM does not show up in the Solidworks "add ins" and of course does not show up in the popout on the right side.

We uninstalled and reinstalled Solidworks but the issue remains.

Has anyone else seen this?
