I am running Solidworks 2017 SP05 (Also have 2019 when needed)

It seems that each command and operation, especially when typing notes, stays a step behind. i.e. when I type "the" the "t" doesn't show up until I type "h".

I have also seen this delay or being a step behind in multiple operations such as structural member, the member won't highlight yellow until I click the next member.

Has anyone else seen or experienced this issue or behavior with the program?
