folks,
Everytime I use the customer portal to check out the knowledge base, and at some point hit the back button, I get the following error message:
"The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again.[14:47:20]"
The main pain with this is, if I have any number of even separate browser windows open, I have to close EVERY one of the before I can get back to the customer portal main page. Yes I am using Firefox and not sorry old IE, but it should have no bearing on how the URL works once logged on!
OK, done whining now
