Anytime I start a new drawing template and insert a new drawing view, my solidworks crashes.

My reseller has looked at my file and said there's an issue with my template, but he's not sure what the issue would be. Is there a way to troubleshoot what the issue is with the template?

I can open an old drawing file and reuse it for the new part, but would be much easier if I can just use the drawing template for its intended purpose.

Currently using 2016 SP 1.0
