Versions: This happened in 2015 and 2016.
Detail: The edit window opens normally but the App instantly hangs and never recovers, and SW must be forced closed.
Best current approach: I must delete decals and remap them.
Steps taken to resolve to date: I worked through the issue with out VAR who, captured and escalated the issue to Dassault. They did respond saying they were aware of the issue (in 2015).
System: Dell precision M4800
Assumptions: I have long believed SW does not like some component of the hardware.
Question: Any patches, fixes, workarounds, updates out there?
