I'm running an external aerodynamics case for an airplane with a rotating region for a propeller. The case has some internal ducting for component cooling. I started with a level 6 initial mesh and automatic settings, which gave me somewhere around 250,000 cells. It refined twice, resulting in ~1.7m cells. Now, when I try to refine again, Solidworks crashes (see the error window below). This happens no matter when I do the refinement - I can load the case and refine, or I can load the case and iterate for several hours and refine. Either way, Solidworks crashes.

This is not a memory issue, as I'm currently using only 9.3GB of 24GB. I've also tried moving this case to another computer, and it does the same thing there.

Has anyone else seen this sort of behavior?
