Hi everyone,

I'm having an issue with the SOLIDWORKS Content → Routing → ISO Piping library in SOLIDWORKS 2026.

I have the standard Routing Library installed correctly at:

C:\\ProgramData\\SOLIDWORKS\\SOLIDWORKS 2026\\Design Library\\routing

In the Design Library, I can see:

SOLIDWORKS Content → Routing → ISO Piping → PVC-U

and PVC-Piping.

When I Ctrl+click other materials/components (Steel, Stainless Steel, DIN Piping, etc.), they download normally.

However, PVC-U and PVC-Piping are the only two that don't work.

When I Ctrl+click PVC-U and select a download location, a Download Progress window appears for less than one second and then disappears.

It shows:

Target: C:\\Users\\sampa\\Downloads\\S5 Gravity Gardens\\Solidworks\\ISO PVC-U.zip
Progress: 0% complete (0 K of 0 K)

No ZIP file is created, and the PVC-U components do not appear anywhere in my Routing Library.

I've already confirmed that:

• My Design Library path is correct.
• Other SOLIDWORKS Content downloads work normally.
• The problem occurs with both PVC-U and PVC-Piping.
• I've tried different download locations.
• The PVC-U folder does not already exist anywhere in my Routing Library.

Does anyone know why these two specific SOLIDWORKS Content packages fail to download, or where I can obtain the official ISO PVC-U.zip / PVC-Piping library for SOLIDWORKS 2026?

I'm specifically looking for the official SOLIDWORKS PVC-U ISO Routing components, rather than individual models from 3D ContentCentral.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
